Linda Anderson is one of the facilitators of a weekday morning meditation, Mondays through Fridays from 7:30-8:00 am, which includes 15 minutes of guided meditation and 15 minutes of silent meditation. It is entirely on zoom. Come as often as you wish. Contact Linda Anderson for more information.
