Are you interested in learning more about the Buddhist teachings and practices? Please join us as we gather to read and discuss Sutras, chants, practice Touching the Earth, recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and other practices in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. If you have a copy of the book Chanting From the Heart, please bring it. Don’t worry if you don’t!
We meet via Zoom as well as in-person. Please contact Linda at the email address below to receive the Zoom link. New people are welcome to attend–this is an open event for anyone!
We will collect dana for the Deepening the Practice gathering to help cover the cost of renting the space. Suggested dana is $5.
