Are you interested in learning more about the Buddhist teachings and practices? Please join us as we gather to read and discuss Sutras, chants, practice Touching the Earth, recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and other practices in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. If you have a copy of the book Chanting From the Heart, please bring it. Don’t worry if you don’t!

Our next meeting is on September 9. We typically meet on the first Monday of the month at the UU Congregation of Saratoga, but we are adjusting this month in order to accommodate the Labor Day holiday. We will collect dana for the Deepening the Practice gathering to help cover the cost of renting the space.
