Kingfisher Sangha Book Club

The next book club reading is The Eight Realizations of Great Beings by Brother Phap Hai. In this book, Brother Phap Hai presents a lively, down-to-earth explanation of spirituality’s original self-help manual. Beginning with a brief historical overview, he explores each of the eight realizations and shares a story in each chapter from his own journey to become a monk.

In keeping with past practice, the book club alternates meeting dates/times between weekdays and weekends every two book selections. Meetings for this book and the next will be held during the week.

This final session will discuss the Eighth Realization and Epilogue.
